High quality communication, customer service and project management skills. Built a property construction and management business over 30 years. Graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University.

15 years’ experience in property maintenance and building works for block management companies, letting agents and building contractors.

 

Mark King - Customer Manager

20 years' experience in property maintenance and management, in both commercial and residential sectors. Deep understanding of maintenance specifications across all trades, developing costings and managing delivery.

 

Paula McGeown - In-house Legal Counsel

Experienced solicitor, litigator and accredited mediator, extensive legal qualifications from the UK, Australia and China, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Skilled at resolving disputes quickly and efficiently to ensure business and property operations run smoothly at all times.

 

Sylvie Pet - Accountant & Customer Support

16 years' experience in accountancy and office management. Fluent in Dutch and English. Conversational German, French, Spanish. AAT Accountancy Certificates. Graduate of the University of Utrecht with a BA (Hons).

 

Non-Executives

Our non-executives support us to ensure our customer service is highly professional and effective. One has over 20 years' experience of management in 4* luxury hotels and resorts, rising to General Manager, helping us to meet the highest standards of work, process and health & safety. Our second has 25 years in construction project and site management, for companies such as Balfour Beatty and Mowlem. Qualifications include surveying, site management, health & safety and construction. Our third is a former Radio 4 producer for 'The Today Programme', 'Feedback' and 'Face the Facts'. He is well versed in understanding issues with service and mediating between client and service provider. His role is to certify that we run an ethically sound business.
