Local, Hands-on Experience

Our Customer Managers have been landlords in London and Sussex for 30 years, managing their own properties directly or through agents. If the maintenance work has not been done themselves, then they have been project managers, overseeing contractors. They have found and vetted most of their tenants and have good relations with all their Lettings Agents.

We manage a wide range of properties, from the million pound houses rented by Brighton & Hove footballers to Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs). From Studio Flats to Shops. Young professionals to the Retired. Many different nationalities and cultures (as a team, we speak five languages). So whatever type of property, we build strong relations with tenants and maintain the building to the standards and finish requested.
